I’m a creative services and technical art leader specializing in real-time 3D production, pipelines, tools, and workflow automation. My 25+ years in software product development span video games, simulation, and training, with a focus on engine integration and translating creative and technical requirements into reliable production workflows.
As Creative Services Director at InVeris Training Solutions, I lead and mentor senior contributors across 3D and video production. I set priorities, lead team scrums, support hiring and professional development, and establish standards for asset quality, optimization, documentation, and production readiness. I collaborate with customers, engineering, QA, subject matter experts, project and product teams, and executives.
I’m especially interested in making complex production work more manageable: clarifying requirements, breaking work into clear tasks, documenting repeatable processes, resolving technical problems, and developing tools that support execution. I direct production tool development with AI assistance by defining requirements, guiding implementation, testing outputs, and applying production expertise to validation and refinement. I also use AI for technical research, troubleshooting, planning, and documentation.
My leadership approach is based on trust and direct communication. I set clear expectations, give experienced contributors room to own their work, and remain available for decisions, feedback, coaching, and support while maintaining clear accountability.
That leadership is grounded in practical experience with modeling, materials, rigging, animation, optimization, engine integration, pipeline design, Perforce administration, production planning in Jira, and technical troubleshooting. Earlier game credits include Star Trek: Bridge Commander and Secret Weapons Over Normandy.
The work I value most brings together people leadership, technical direction, pipeline design, and workflow automation to solve practical production problems.
